Why The Name 'waterhouse'?

Waterhouse represents the work Jesus has done in our lives through the Holy Spirit and what he wants to do in others through us. Just like a water tower provides water to the area around it, we are to give the living water of Jesus to the dry, parched and barren places In our community and world.

Merriam Webster Defines a water house as: a building in which a head of water forced up (as from a well) is retained in a reservoir for conveyance by pipes.

Isaiah 41:17-18 When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue is parched with thirst, I the Lord will answer them; I the God of Israel will not forsake them.18 I will open rivers on the bare heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

John 7:37-38 Jesus stood up and cried out, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'"
